Halloween Crafts

Join us for a fun and creative Halloween craft session for children aged 2–11.

We’ll be making and creating - think pumpkins, bats, witches, mummies and more, using things such as using paper, card, wool, pinecones and more to bring ‘spooky’ creations to life. It’s a relaxed space where kids can get imaginative and craft at their own pace. We’ll also share a ‘not-too-spooky’ story together. This is an indoor event, taking place in the Homestead Park Pavilion building.

Alongside Halloween fun, we’ll touch on the ancient festival of Samhain (pronounced Sow-in). This marks the turning of the year into winter - a time when people long ago celebrated the end of harvest, remembered their loved ones, and told stories as the days grew darker. It’s a time of change, reflection and new beginnings.

This event is run by Catkin & Co and is free to attend, but places must be booked in advance. Book here (please book 1 ticket per child).
